Terms of processing of personal data

Definitions used in this Contract:

Administration – web-site managing authority;

Acceptance – complete acceptance of all contract conditions;

Personal data – information, filled by the User (personal data subject) on the website and related directly or indirectly to this User;

User – any person, who uses information from the website;

Website – website located at www.smbuil.ru;

Agreement – this Privacy Agreement.

This Privacy Agreement is within the public domain and is drawn up in accordance with the Russian Law and is applied in respect of all personal data, which the Administration may receive about the User when using the website.

1. This Agreement is the agreement between the User and the Administration.
2. The Subject of agreement is granting access to the website User by the Administration.
3. Register of the User on the website means complete acceptance of all the contract conditions by the User (Acceptance). After acceptance of this Agreement and during the following access to the website, the User confirms that he acts on his behalf and transfers his personal data to the Administration and consents to process personal data.
4. The User is to have full knowledge of this Agreement before signing up on the website. In case of dissent from the Contract conditions the User doesn’t sign up on the website.
5. The User is responsible for reliability and statutory compliance of the provided data when signing up and also for absence of claims by third parties as to processing, accuracy and completeness of the provided information.
6. The User’s consent to submit personal data to the Administration and its processing is valid until termination of business by the Administration or consent withdraw by the User.
7. The User provides to the Administration agreement on acquisition, systemization, accumulation, holding, updating (upgrading, changing) , using, anonymization, blocking and cancellation among them automatic , personal data in professional data bases about his surname, name, paternal name, date of birth and place of birth, address ,condition, social position, property status, education, career, revenue, place of employment and other personal information, which the Administration can receive about the User when using the website.
8. The User informs, that processing of personal data will be accomplished by the Administration according to laws of the Russian Federation.
9. The User informs, that processing of personal data will be accomplished by the Administration according to laws of the Russian Federation. Revelation of the provided by the User Information is carried out in accordance with laws of the Russian Federation by order of the competent authorities and in other cases set forth by Russian legislation.
10. This Agreement can be changed and\or updated by the Administration unilaterally without special notification of the User. The User reviews the terms of this agreement in order to change or\and update it.
