Time capsule laying ceremony for "GROZNY MALL"
On the 27th of May 2016 the Head of Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov took part in a ceremonial capsule groundbreaking in tribute to “GROZNY MALL” construction in the center of the Chechen Republic. Counsellor of the Head of the Chechen Republic, State Duma deputy Adam Delimkhanov, Assistant of the Head of the Chechen Republic, Kadi of Grozny, Magomed Hiytanaev, Mayor of Grozny Muslim Khuchiyev, CEO of "SMART BUILDING" Said-Magomed Zubayrayev and other officials also participated.
Ramzan Kadyrov congratulated the audience with the beginning of a large-scale construction project, and then signed a letter to the descendants and put it in a capsule. In a ceremonial atmosphere to the applause of the audience, Head of Chechen Republic filled the capsule with mortar of cement.
