Architectural style

Master bedroom

Master bedroom is designed in light colors. So the furniture and interior accessories in dark colors are perfect for this room. They will show off the white color creating pleasant contrast. Master bedroom has floor-to-ceiling windows with the view of architecture and infrastructure of Grozny City. On the right from the bed, there is the entry of a spacious walk-in wardrobe, where you can easily place all your suits and shoes. The walk-in wardrobe’s area is almost half of the bedroom’s area. The bathroom is a footstep away from the bedroom. It’s the biggest bathroom in the apartment. It is designed especially for the owner and everything you may need is provided.

Kitchen

The kitchen furnishing has everything that is required for food preparation: cooker, oven, convenient cooking zone. Each functional zone has its own light source. And the lighting is designed in such a way that it is comfortable for eyes in any part of the kitchen. Within a stone’s throw from the kitchen, there is a dining room. It is very convenient that you don’t need to go far with ready meals in hands. The kitchen designed in architectural style has contrast colors, clean lines and smooth glossy surfaces that create a strict, ergonomic atmosphere where everything is tidily arranged. Master bathroom

The master bathroom on the layout is situated near the main bedroom. It is specially designed for the owner of the house and is the biggest bathroom in the residence. In the bathroom interior, there is a combination of modern glossy and smooth surfaces with the natural texture of wood and stone. Guest bedroom and Guest bathroom

According to the concept of architects, there are two guest bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms in the residence. Floor-to-ceiling windows with a unique view of Grozny City are provided in the bedrooms. The space of bedrooms is ergonomically divided into two zones: recreation area and working area. A separate wardrobe isn't provided in these rooms as in a master bedroom, but there is enough space for cupboards, bedside tables and other furniture for storage of clothes and shoes. Guest bathrooms are fully completed on the project and are included in the price of the apartment.
