Traditional style

It is elegant classics which doesn't lose the attractiveness no matter how many years have passed. The interiors in such style have soft colors, pleasant to look at, with the dominance of warm colors. Traditional finish materials are used: stone, wood, yellow metal, bronze, marble or their imitations. This style will be pleasant to judges of luxury and coziness.

Living room (dining room)

The room combines two functional spaces - dining room and living room. The dining room is separated from living room by large space which is enough for unobstructed movement between zones.

Near the dining room, there is a kitchen behind the door on the left. There is a stand for ready meals. It is convenient to take meals from the stand without visiting kitchen for many times. The living room space is larger in area than the dining room zone. You can easily place here a big sofa and couple of small sofas with coffee table. The guests will be able to admire the panorama of the city. The living (dining) room is designed in traditional style. Its design combines natural textures (wood, glass, metal) and the modern materials.

Master Bedroom

Master bedroom is a living space specially designed for the owner of the residential unit. There is a spacious wardrobe which area is half of the bedroom’s area. Within a stone's throw, there is a bathroom. It is the largest bathroom in the house. According to the architects’ concept, it is also intended for the owners of the apartment. Soft colors and warm tones typical for traditional style dominate in the interior design. Natural wood materials, glass, and metal are widely used. Large floor-to-ceiling windows haves a fascinating view of the Grozny City.

Kitchen

Natural textures of stone are harmoniously combined with modern glazed surfaces in the room. In the kitchen, there is everything you may need for preparation of meals: cooking panel, oven, cooker hood and convenient zone for cooking. It is connected to the kitchen by a doorway and open cooking zone designed as a bar counter. It is convenient to take away meals from it without entering the kitchen. The complete kitchen and all necessary equipment are included in the price of the residential unit.

Master bathroom

Master bathroom is the biggest bathroom in the house specially designed for the owner of apartments. There is a master bedroom nearby which on the project also belongs to the owners. The design in traditional style assumes widespread use of natural materials and their imitations. Thus the walls in a master bathroom are finished with the tile that has the texture of natural stone and the floor covering is similar in color to light species of wood. Designers have seen not only about the aesthetic part of the project but also about safety. The tile used for bathroom floor has slip-proof covering in the project, and doors which separate functional zones are made of tempered shock-resistant glass. The bathroom is completed on the project and is included in the price of the residential unit.

Guest bedroom and guest bathroom

The project provided two guest bedrooms with separate bathrooms in the residential unit. The design in traditional style assumes the use of traditional materials and textures. For example, natural stone, bronze, and wood. Interiors in such style are for admirers of classics. Each bedroom has large floor-to-ceiling windows. According to the concept of the architects, there is a magnificent view of the infrastructure of the city of Grozny. In guest bedrooms, there are no separate rooms designed for wardrobe as in the master bedroom, but there is enough place for cupboards, bedside tables, and other necessary furniture. Installation of the built-in sliding wardrobes is possible. Guest bathrooms on the project are complete and included in the price of the residential unit.
