The Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov visited building sites of MFC “Akhmat Tower” and "GROZNY MALL" shopping and entertainment center
On March 13, 2017, the Head of the Chechen Republic, Hero of Russia Ramzan Kadyrov visited the construction sites of the Akhmat Tower multifunctional high-rise complex and Grozny Mall shopping and entertainment complex in Grozny. He was accompanied by the Adviser to the Head of the Chechen Republic, State Duma member Adam Delimkhanov, the Head of the Chechen Republic Deputy, Chairman of the Chechen Republic Parliament, Hero of Russia Magomed Daudov, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Chechen Republic Ibrahim Zakriev and CEO of Akhmat Tower LLC Adam Dokayev. About the situation on the construction site, the Head of the region was reported by Ramzan Bisultanov, a civil works engineer from the building inspection department of the company SMART ENGINEERING. Ramzan Kadyrov talked to the builders and got acquainted with the workflow.
“Local experienced specialists and engineers from other regions are involved here. The most difficult stage was the creation of the project due to the high seismicity. The best worldwide and Russian design organizations are involved in its development. They will also take part in the project up to the setting into operation ... The Akhmat Tower, 435 meters high with the highest Skydeck in Europe will become a symbol and pride of the Chechen people and the whole of Russia; and the "GROZNY MALL" will be the largest shopping and entertainment center in the South of Russia. These two projects will be connected by a panoramic pedestrian bridge-gallery. "I am confident that such a grandiose project will be implemented within the construction period specified," said the Head of the Republic.
