Residential complex on Sevastopolsky Prospekt
As part of the renovation program, an apartment building will be built in the Southern Administrative District of the Donskoy District of Moscow at the address Sevastopolsky Prospekt, possession 7, building 6/1.
The area of 0.6843 hectares allotted for construction has good transport accessibility. The site is located in the depths of a block from Sevastopolsky Prospekt, at a distance of 300 m from the Krymskaya metro station and 400 m from the Verkhnie Kotly station.
The project involves the construction of a 23-storey residential building with underground parking, providing 220 apartments for relocation (including two apartments for wheelchair users). On the ground floor there are non-residential premises, technical premises, entrance groups of residential buildings. The organization of the yard area excludes the passage of cars between the house and the playground.
Two options for façade solutions are presented. The composition of the residential building is based on the contrast of two three-dimensional elements - a dark plain wall of the flat northern facade and dynamic light belts of loggias on the rugged longitudinal facades. The facade is designed in graphic black and white colors. The first floor with the entrance group is accented with a bright color. To install air conditioners on the facade, special baskets are provided, decorated with punched aluminum sheets. The second option is solved in a different color ratio of the main elements of the facade.
The landscaped area adjacent to the house will be equipped with recreation areas and playgrounds for children of all ages.
